GETTING TO KNOW YOU
- Call or meet all contracted vendors prior to day of wedding
- If needed, visit site of wedding and reception
- Provide vendors with wedding day schedule
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
- Coordination of rehearsal
- If site provides a person to coordinate the rehearsal, we will sit as an observer and advocate to ensure all your needs are met
- Provide wedding timeline to wedding party
THE BIG SHOW
- Coordination and oversight of the ceremony and reception from start to finish
- Creating the Personalized Master Schedule (including timeline for vendors)
- Emergency Bridal Kit complete with last minute supplies kept on site
